SPRINGFIELD, IL – State Representative Patrick Windhorst expressed strong support for the thousands of Illinois citizens who rallied in Springfield at the State Capitol on Tuesday on behalf of pro-life issues. Advocacy groups throughout the state organize an annual Lobby Day in Springfield to let their voices be heard.
Rep. Windhorst has amassed a 100% pro-life voting record and has sponsored dozens of pro-life centered bills since taking office. Rep. Windhorst thanked the pro-life lobby and the thousands of people who activate every year in support of the pro-life movement.
“I believe in the sanctity of life,” Windhorst said. “We must protect life. We owe it to future generations to protect life. The large crowd that gathered at our State Capitol for today’s event is evidence that the pro-life movement is alive and well.”
